ANTI-LYNCHING BILL PASSED.
The Anti-Lynching Bill was passed by both houses of the State
Legislature. Mrs. Nellie Francis is responsible for its introduction. She was
given a public testimonial and presented with a loving cup at a meeting last
Sunday in St. Paul.
