Indictment against defendant for the crime of Instigating a Riot returned
and filed
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Lawrence James Brotherton and it ordered that all future proceedings against the defendant be continued under that name of Lawrence James Brotherton. Courtney and Courtney appear as attorneys for the defendant. Defendant enters a plea of not guilty. Bail fixed at $5,000 Bond filed and Return on release filed Order of dismissal and order releasing bond and sureties filed in case 5965. Cost taxed at $4.75 |
