Mr. J. J. Sullivan, Warden

Stillwater
Box 55, Minn.

Dear Sir,
I have been requested to write you a letter regarding one Louis Dondino whom is (I understand) in your charge. I have known said Louis Dondino and he people for a period of about 18 years and I know them to be law abiding citizens and reasonable to get along with. I think said Louis Dondino was drawn into his trouble by the force of an excited crowd, he being a truck driver.
His father and mother are still living and are quite aged.
I recommend that he be given as much liberty as possible at this time.
Yours Truly
E. C. Burnham, Sr.
Town Clerk.
