My Dear Sir. Your state has bee disgraced with an unhuman visious [sic] mob
that willfully taken the life of 3 colored young men faintly accused of
outraging a 17 year old white girl we want to know what steps your state will
take as to bringing this mob to justice we want to know as these boys parents
are non residents of your state and can take action in the United State Federal
Courts against the mob of Duluth Minnisota [sic] would be pleased to here from
you soon
