Indictment against defendant for the crime of Murder in the First Degree
filed
Defendant present in court and duly arraigned. The defendant waives the reading of the indictment and was given a copy thereof. Defendant informs the court that his true name is Nate Natelson and Benj. M. Goldberg is his attorney. Defendant enters a plea of not guilty. Bail fixed at $15,000.00. Bond filed Certificate of release delivered to defendant’s attorney. Return of Sheriff on discharge filed. Ordered that the bond of the defendant be released and the sureties thereon be released from all further liability on account thereof. Order of dismissal filed in case 5965. |
